      provide the physical needs of housing and utilities with
      case management and support while the client recovers
      emotionally and financially so that permanent housing
      can be established.      		 Must be a Marshall Co. resident in need
      of housing, shelter or in need of
      transitional housing. Must be referred
      by other helping agency, i.e., church,
      school, agency, etc.      		 None, but clients
      must actively
      participate in
      program. Must also be sober and actively seeking employment if not already employed.      		 They have 8 apartments, where participants may live up to 2 years. As of 2/13/26 3 will become available at the end of February. Otherwise, there is a waitlist and interview process for referrals.
